JobHouse Ghana launches jobs and career website to fight unemployment
Jobhouse Services Limited, a leading company for Temporary Staffing and Recruitment Services in Ghana, in its bid to arrest the high unemployment rate in the country has launched a new job and career coaching website.
The site, www.xycareers.com/ghana, currently serves Ghana and Nigeria and combines latest online recruitment technology, advanced job search options and expert-written career articles to intelligently match candidates with the right jobs.
It also ensures that employers get value for money while going through the recruitment process.
To post a job vacancy on the website, employers could simply email their job vacancies to email@example.com and include a valid phone number and a support team would reach out immediately.
Alternatively, employers could register and post a job right from their dashboard with ease.
Mr Reuben Noye Tetteh, Technical Director and Team Lead, for the new website, said the platform had been created to radically change the way employers went about online recruitment in Ghana and also ensure that each candidate gets a job within three months.
“This website is a cutting-edge product and it’s far advanced than other job websites in the country but pleasantly user-friendly. We expect tremendous reception from both employers and job seekers”, he said.
Richard Dogbe, Founder and CEO of JobHouse Ghana, explained that with the new website, companies and HR professionals would be able to intelligently match vacancies with suitable candidates’ profiles whereas job seekers would also be able to match their profiles with suitable vacancies more easily.
He said over 100,000 graduates are churned out in Ghana each year but too many companies struggle to fill various vacancies.
Jobhouse Services Limited (JobHouse Recruitment Agency) is a licensed employment agency by the Labour Department. The company currently employs 16 Ghanaians, and over 800 outsourced staff to other companies operating in construction, services and other industries.
